Cultural Hub

Elevate your expectations when you visit the Frist Center for Visual Arts.  The Frist houses rotating collections that challenge how we view the world around us.  Regional and local artists are featured, as well as national and international artists.  The Frist is open 7 days a week and those 18 and younger are always free.

The Schermerhorn Symphony Center is home to the world class Nashville Symphony.  The Symphony is a creative and uplifting musical experience with a focus on American repertoire.  All ages welcome.

Historical Highlights

Visit The Hermitage, President Andrew Jackson’s plantation home.  You’ll be transported back in time and learn about the ‘people’s president,’ and his life in Tennessee.  You’ll also see his tomb, found on the spectacular grounds of the estate.

It’s not just in Greece anymore!  An exact replica of the Parthenon can be found right in Nashville if you know where to look.  Built in 1897 as part of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition, it now functions as an art museum in the heart of Centennial Park.

A Little Bit Country

Country music is the heartbeat of this vibrant city!  Visit the historic Ryman Auditorium where bluegrass was born.  Check out the Country Music Hall of Fame for all things country.  Its mission is to preserve the legacy of country music through collections, exhibits, programs and more.

Follow with a private tour of one of the most important recording studios in the world.  The Historic RCA Studio B tour lets you follow in the footsteps of legends like Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and the Everly Brothers.

Of course, you can’t visit Nashville without stopping at the Grand Ole Opry.  This iconic stage honors the legends of the past and present- and you never know who might show up!
