1. Adventure City

This little park packs a big punch with 17 thrilling rides, great shows, and amazing attractions.  If you need a break from the big guys, check out fun, friendly (and affordable!) Adventure City.

2. Anaheim Packing District

This walkable collection of 50 food vendors started life as a citrus packing plant.  Now it’s one of the trendiest spots in town – with foods for every taste and live entertainment.

 

3. Angel Stadium Tour

The Big A is the 4th oldest Major League stadium in the country and home of the Angels since 1965.  Take a behind-the-scenes tour of this iconic park.  Highlights include the press box, dugout, visitors’ clubhouse, and conference room.

4. Catalina Island

Take a short drive to Long Beach and hop the ferry to picturesque Catalina Island.  It’s a stunning little spot roughly 30 miles off the California coast. Spend a day (or two) exploring the mountains and beaches or simply soaking up the sun.

City National Grove is a premier entertainment venue in Anaheim and a “Top 10 Stop” in North America.  The state-of-the-art multi-purpose, indoor center hosts live concerts, comedy shows, private events, and more.

6. Donut Life Museum

Donuts = Life at this colorful, donut lover’s paradise!  Explore 7 rooms of sweet donut art created by local artists.  Donut selfies are part of the fun at the Donut Life Museum.

Race over to K1 Speed for electric indoor kart racing!  Challenge your friends on the track and hang around for a great meal at the Paddock Lounge.

14. Oak Canyon Nature Center

Take a break from your busy schedule to enjoy the peaceful oak woodland and coastal sage scrub at Oak Canyon Nature Center.  Explore 58 acres of canyon and native wildlife while you recharge.  You’ll also find an interpretive center and museum with lots of fun facts and live animal exhibits.

15. Stephen Hillenburg Memorial

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?  Ok.  So Spongebob Squarepants may not live in Anaheim, but his creator, Stephen Hillenburg, did.  Hillenburg brought Bikini Bottom to life in 1999 when the wildly popular cartoon premiered on Nickelodeon.

Hillenburg passed away in 2018 from ALS complications.  In 2021, a bright yellow memorial bench was placed in the quad of his high school (Savanna) to honor his “goofy goober” legacy.
