Ireland Highlights

Take Your Band to Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day

Lush green landscape and the strains of the bagpipes beckon you to share in the Irish revelry of St. Patrick’s Day.  Bands from around the world come together to blend with the sounds of an already spectacular celebration.

If you’re thinking about an international trip for your band, you really can’t do better than Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day!

Explore the Burren Region

Conquer the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher on the rugged West Clare coast. You’ll be awed by the stunning vistas and crashing waves at the abrupt edge of this vertical limestone bluff.

The Cliffs of Moher are located in the Burren region, an area that pre-dates dinosaurs by more than 150 million years.  It’s mysterious and unusual landscapes, charming seaside towns, and unique activities like sheepdog demonstrations are perfect for student groups!

Kiss the Blarney Stone

Kiss the world-famous Blarney Stone at one of Ireland’s most famous spots – Blarney Castle & Gardens. There’ll be no lull in conversation as you as you smooch the stone, but you should also plan on plenty of time for pics!

Discover the Rock of Cashel

Scout the grounds at the dramatic Rock of Cashel. Here you’ll find an incredible collection of medieval buildings. These impressive structures include a round tower, a high cross, a Romanesque chapel, and a Gothic cathedral. There’s also an abbey, the Hall of the Vicars Choral and a fifteenth-century Tower House.

Visit Bunratty Castle

Explore the ancient walls and halls of Bunratty Castle, the most complete and authentic castle in Ireland. Then visit charming Bunratty Folk Park, a living 19th-century village depicting the traditional rural culture of the time.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our recent kids’ trip to Disney! From start to finish, everything was organized so well, and the entire experience was smooth and unforgettable. A huge part of what made this trip so special was our incredible guide, Stevie. Stevie did an outstanding job keeping the kids engaged, excited, and having fun every step of the way. You could see how naturally the kids connected with him — he made everyone feel included, safe, and part of the adventure. His energy, patience, and leadership truly set the tone for an amazing trip.

Our trip to Washington, D.C. was fantastic. The company put together an itinerary that was the perfect balance between musical activities, educational experiences, and fun stuff for the kids. Highlights of the trip included the Smithsonian Museums, viewing the monuments in the National Mall, the Festivals of Music performance, the awards ceremony at Medieval Times, and the rides at Six Flags America. Our tour guides, Katie and Gabby, were outstanding. They helped the bus drivers navigate driving in D.C. They provided options for us when the weather decided not to cooperate. I hope to work with them again in the future.

Our trip to France was AMAZING in every possible way. Our guide Shona was phenomenal, cannot say enough about her. She was funny, engaging, informative & learned everyone’s name (41 of us) by the end of our trip. She’s the best! This trip will be one of the highlights of my life. We saw beautiful Nice, Aux-en-Provence, Avignon, Monaco & Paris. The Eiffel Tower was breathtaking & the Louvre was impressive. The French people were so nice & we enjoyed every aspect of this trip. Accommodations were great as well, and the food was outstanding. A+++ for this trip.  Merci beaucoup!!!

Kaleidoscope made this trip super easy! Participants could pay using the online portal which made collecting funds simple. When we ended up with less than the original quote, they helped us brainstorm in order to keep the trip cost the same for the students. The office staff was easy to contact and just top notch! Once on the trip, we had a blast! They built a wonderful itinerary that included Southern Star Music Festival, two days in Six Flags, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, The Varsity, and an Atlanta Braves game! We had meal vouchers at the various locations which made sure our middle schoolers ate! LauraAnne was incredible at communication and in helping to ensure that we had a fantastic experience! Best host ever!

This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime. Our tour directors, Gabby and Keith were excellent in every single way. Their communication was clear and consistent, we never felt like we were left in the dark or did not know how to be prepared for the next itinerary item. There were a few tricky moments, as expected, they were handled with the upmost professionalism and grace. The sights and sounds of London were echoed throughout our group and I loved having room in the schedule to explore on our own as well as doing activities as a group.

Wonderful tour! Nashville is a beautiful city with so many attractions to see. We used this company for a school band trip. They kept us safe, organized, and entertained the entire duration. Highly recommend having Lighthouse Linda for a guide! Thanks for helping us make lasting memories with our kiddos!
