NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- Sponsor
The Ready. Set. Register! Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kaleidoscope Adventures (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 611, Oakland, FL 34760.
- Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 15, 2027 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligible Sweepstakes entries will be accepted only during the Promotion Period applicable to your school’s Eligible Trip. To qualify, a registration must be completed before the close of that trip’s Open Registration period. Registrations completed after the Open Registration deadline are not eligible.
- Definitions
Eligible Trip means any Kaleidoscope Adventures trip designated by the Sponsor as participating in this Sweepstakes.
Open Registration means the registration period established for each Eligible Trip during which participants may register before the published registration deadline.
Entrant means the individual eligible to receive a Sweepstakes entry under these Official Rules.
- Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
For travelers under eighteen (18) years of age, the parent or legal guardian completing the registration or submitting the Alternate Method of Entry shall be considered the Entrant and, if selected, the eligible prize recipient.
Employees of Kaleidoscope Adventures, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

Only registrations completed before the close of the applicable Eligible Trip’s Open Registration period are eligible to receive a Sweepstakes entry.
Registrations completed after Open Registration has closed, including registrations accepted from a waitlist, by special invitation, or by exception, are not eligible for entry through the Trip Registration Method.
- How to Enter
Method 1 – Eligible Trip Registration
Complete registration for an Eligible Trip during that trip’s Open Registration period.
Each eligible traveler registration receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per traveler, regardless of the number of payments made, reservation modifications, or trip changes.
Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without registering for a trip, mail a handwritten 3″ × 5″ card containing:
- Full Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- The words “Ready. Set. Register! Sweepstakes Entry”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2027 and received no later than March 21, 2027.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Mail-in entrants have the same odds of winning as entrants registering for an Eligible Trip.
- Cancellations
An eligible Sweepstakes entry is earned when an eligible registration is completed during the applicable Open Registration period.
Once an eligible Sweepstakes entry has been earned, it remains valid and eligible for the drawing regardless of any subsequent cancellation of, or change to, the traveler’s participation in the trip. No purchase, payment, or continued trip participation is required to enter, to remain eligible, or to win.
- Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:
One cash prize of $1,000.
The prize will be awarded by company check within approximately thirty (30) days after eligibility has been verified.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Winner Selection
Following the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will compile an official list of all eligible entries.
Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique entry number.
The winner will be selected through a computerized random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted on or about March 31, 2027.
Sponsor’s official entry records shall govern all questions relating to eligibility.
Odds of winning depend solely upon the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner must sign and return a prize-acceptance form confirming that the winner meets all eligibility requirements and has complied with these Official Rules, and must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If the selected winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- fails to respond,
- declines the prize,
- is determined to be ineligible, or
- fails to complete any required documentation,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner through the same random selection process.
- Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. Sponsor will comply with all applicable federal and state tax reporting requirements.
- Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions
By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- verify eligibility;
- disqualify any entrant who provides false information or violates these Official Rules;
- disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
- cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
- Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, undeliverable, or improperly transmitted registrations or entries due to technical failures, human error, computer malfunction, internet interruption, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
- Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kaleidoscope Adventures and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
- Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Kaleidoscope Adventures’ Privacy Policy.
- Winner List
To request the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the drawing date to:

- Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
- Void Where Prohibited
This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
