Our team at Kaleidoscope Adventures has been dedicated to student travel experiences that change lives for more than 26 years.  Our first priority on every tour is always the health and safety of all travelers.

KA has an established track record of helping groups through difficult times like September 11th, the SARS outbreak, and H1N1.  Please know that we are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation as well. We are continually following all news and updates regarding COVID-19 and are in constant contact with our partners, both domestic and international.

During the past weeks, we’ve watched with you as attractions and events have closed due to COVID-19 concerns.  Groups are making tough decisions about pending travel plans.  We understand and respect the decisions of group leaders.

If your trip is cancelled, we will work with our vendors to secure the highest refund possible.  In most cases, groups who can postpone travel dates will minimize financial losses considerably.  Our team will work with you to engineer the best possible alternative.

As you can imagine, the volume of calls and emails has increased dramatically.  We are working diligently to answer all your questions and requests for changes or cancellation.  For those of you requesting refunds, please understand that processing may take up to 8 weeks.  We appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time.

We are grateful for your loyalty and trust and value your partnership in providing exceptional travel experiences for students.

If you have questions about the optional Travel Protection Plan from Travel Insured International, click here.  If you have Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, see your plan document for cancellation timelines.  We recommend at least 72 hours prior to departure. If you wish to begin filing a claim on your insurance policy you purchased click here.

If your group’s travel plans change due to the threat of COVID-19, we will do everything possible to help you reschedule your trip.  If your group cancels, you will be subject to the cancellation terms of your group’s tour.  Our team will work with suppliers to recoup as much as we possibly can on behalf of our travelers.

Individuals choosing to cancel MUST contact the group leader AND email cancel@mykatrip.com with traveler’s name, school and destination.
