PLEASE PRINT ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING THE PROCESS. IF ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED CORRECTLY, PAYMENT MAY NOT BE PROCESSED.

For legal guardians or parents that already have a PayPal account:

Once you select the “Make a payment now” button, you will move from the Kaleidoscope Adventures website to the PayPal website.

1. The first screen you will see with be the “Checkout” page.
2. At the top of the screen, in the item field, you will enter the following: your invoice number (if provided), the name of the participant traveling and the name of the group with which they are traveling.
3. In the amount field, you will need to enter the amount of your payment.
4. In the PayPal Log in field, you will enter your email address and password.
5. Continue, by clicking “Log In.”
6. You will then go to a Pay Pal page to review all information that you have entered. Carefully review this information and click “Pay Now.”
7. You will then be redirected to the Kaleidoscope Adventures website.
8. Pay Pal will immediately send a receipt of payment to the email listed on the account.

Your payment will be processed and you will receive an updated statement within five business days of your transaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please email payments@kaleidoscopeadventures.com.

For legal guardians or parents that do NOT have a PayPal account:

Once you select the “Make a payment now” button, you will move from the Kaleidoscope Adventures website to the PayPal website.

1. The first screen you will see with be the “Checkout” page.
2. At the top of the screen, in the item field, you will enter the following: your invoice number (if provided), the name of the participant traveling and the name of the group with which they are traveling.
3. In the amount field, you will need to enter the amount of your payment.
4. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will see the following “Don't have a PayPal account?”
5. Click “Continue.”
6. Follow the steps of entering all of your financial/billing information.
7. Click “Continue without logging in.”
8. Review all information and click “Pay $ Now.”
9. Pay pal will provide you with a receipt ID and will immediately send a receipt of payment to the email that you provided.
