Sample Itinerary: Hawaii 6-day Performance Trip
Kaleidoscope Adventures can customize your student group's travel plans to Hawaii. Just let us know what you would like to do during your stay and we'll customize the perfect trip for your.

Here's just one possible itinerary:

DAY ONE ALOHA AND WELCOME TO HAWAII

Arrive Honolulu International Airport where you will be greeted with a Traditional Flower Lei. Luggage will be collected and you depart for your Waikiki Hotel

The Hotel has inside corridors with girls and boys on separate floors. Chaperones will be intermingled between the floors. Key packets will be ready upon arrival and porters will deliver your luggage. Private security will be arranged to ensure everyone has a great night sleep, including the chaperones!

Tonight, you will have a Poolside Pizza Party with your local tour director. This will include an informative briefing to go over hotel rules, local area shopping and safety.

DAY TWO WIKI WACKY IN WAIKIKI
6:00 AM Rise and shine its Hawaiian time!

Enjoy a full American breakfast at you leisure.

TBD Set sail on a Barefoot Beach Catamaran Cruise. You will board a 40-foot sailing catamaran right on the beach in Waikiki, and sail out past Diamondhead, while listening to jamming tunes, as waves splash the decks.
Optional: Gather together poolside in uniform prepared to represent your school in a performance at the Royal Hawaiian Center. This is your chance to shine in the center of Waikiki! With this location, you're sure to draw a crowd!
TBD Head back to the hotel for some free time. You will have the rest of the day to enjoy a surf lesson or sit back and relax, having fun in the Hawaiian sun.
7:00 - 10:00 PM Tonight is your chance to get Wiki Wacky in Waikiki. Students will be separated into teams with chaperones and given a treasure map, clue sheet and a dinner allowance. Now it's off to scavenger Waikiki, gaining knowledge of its history and culture.

DAY THREE PRIDE OF THE USA
6:00 AM Rise and shine, it's Hawaiian time!

Enjoy a full American breakfast at you leisure.

8:00 Depart for Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial. Today, you will learn one of our country's most valuable history lessons: How men and women gave their lives on December 7, 1941, "The Day of Infamy."

Information on the USS Arizona Memorial's "Witness to History" teleconference program can be found by contacting Julie Cox at The Pearl Harbor Memorial website.

12:30 PM Now that you have seen the cause for the United States of America entering World War II, grab your bag lunch and go see the end. You will eat your lunch under large Indian Banyan Trees with a spectacular view of one of the country's most famous war ships, The USS Battleship Missouri.
1:30 Upon finishing lunch, your group will have the chance to represent your hometown as you perform patriotic tunes on the deck of the USS Battleship Missouri. After your performance, enjoy touring this enormous ship and walk to the surrender deck, where General Macarthur signed the treaty to end World War II in Tokyo Bay.
PLEASE NOTE: We can send a same day satellite feed of the group's performance to their local TV Station for a fee.
3:00 Depart for the hotel with a short drive through The National Cemetery of the Pacific, Washington Place (the Governor's Mansion), The State Capitol Building, Iolani Palace, The King Kamahamaha Statue, and Hilo Hattie, the store of Hawaii.
5:00 Arrive at the world's largest outdoor shopping mall, where you will have plenty of time to explore the shops. Then it's off to Bubba Gump Shrimp Company for dinner.
7:30 Return to the hotel for a casual evening.

DAY FOUR PANORAMIC VIEWS & UNDERWATER EXPLORATION
6:30 AM Rise and shine it's Hawaiian time!

Enjoy a full American breakfast at you leisure.

8:30 Now you're off to see the beauty of the islands. Your Circle Island Tour wiil start around Diamondhead, Hawaii's most famous landmark, and into the Beverly Hills of Hawaii. Next, it's on to the Blowhole, where water can spout hundred of feet in the air. Finally, off to the Pali Lookout, where wind can blow so strong you can almost fly.
12:00 PM Arrive at Tripler Army Medical Center for your "Aloha Kokua Mission". Kokua in Hawaiian means to do something good, and this will be your opportunity to do something good by visiting and entertaining active military and veterans receiving care at the hospital.

Lunch and the afternoon are on your own to have some fun in the Hawaiian sun.

4:30 Ready to do the Hula? Tonight you are going to an Authentic Hawaiian Luau, where you will be doing the hula, enjoying traditional Hawaiian foods, music, entertainment and gracious island hospitality.

DAY FIVE HANGING LOOSE HAWAIIAN STYLE
5:30 AM Rise and shine, it's Hawaiian time!

Enjoy a full American breakfast at you leisure.

7:00 Traveling to Oahu's most famous landmark Diamondhead, where the experience of climbing to the summit is exhilarating. An expert guide will direct you up to the 763ft. summit where you will experience a spectacular panoramic view.

Lunch and the afternoon are on your own.

6:00 PM Tonight is your last night and you'll say Aloha as your group hangs loose, watching the sun drop off into the Pacific at the Beach BBQ with Hawaiian Flare. The winner of the Wiki Wacky Waikiki will be announced and presented with a truly Authentic Hawaiian Trophy.

DAY SIX ALOHA AND GOODBYE

Rise and shine, it's Hawaiian time!

Enjoy a full American breakfast at you leisure.

Changing rooms and optional tours will be available for this day.

Today is departure day and we bid you Aloha and a Big Mahalo for visiting the islands. We hope you have a safe journey home and take some of the Mana (Hawaiian Spirit) with you.
